This was quick and dirty, mostly two-tone with some teeth. I painted mine to be universal (baby purple worm) and did not go specifically black and slimy as described.
A Black Leech in Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 edition is a grotesque, worm-like creature that lurks in dark, damp environments. With its slimy black skin and rows of razor-sharp teeth, it ensnares unsuspecting victims with its acidic bite, draining them of their life force.
